Brian has been our pastor ever since we asked him to put his 22 year paramedic career on hold and to stand in the gap as our interim pastor during the summer of 2005. In January of 2006 we called Brian to be our full-time Lead Pastor.
Brian is a teacher whose passion is to build a Biblically competent and Spirit-led church of men, women, and youth who are fully engaged in obeying Jesus' commission to be and to develop others into fully-devoted followers of the Lord...locally, globally, and personally. Ephesians 3:16-19
Brian earned his Bachelor's degree from CSU Fresno and his Master of Divinity degree from Azusa Pacific University. Currently he is a doctoral student at Talbot Seminary in La Mirada. He is an experienced mountaineer, a wanna-be photographer, (gentle) off-roader, and an avid cyclist. Brian has been married to Eileen for 31-derful years. Their three children (and one son-in-law) are all engaged in Christian ministry.

Sean is Pastor of the young adults of NHCC. He currently oversees Foundation Student Ministries (Jr. – Sr. High). God has BIG plans for the young adults at NHCC and he is excited to be a part of it. He enjoys building relationships with people of all ages as they continually seek to go farther up and further in—growing in the LORD and doing His will. Sean received a B.A. degree in Biblical Studies from Biola University. He is a San Diego native who can be found at the beach whenever possible, an avid listener of music, and an old-movie enthusiast…
Sean and his wife Amanda have two children, Cole and Dean, and they are their favorite past time. They love fellowship, food, and people…and look forward to seeing YOU at Foundation!

Tami's enthusiasm in ministry and passion for people flows directly out from her relationship with Jesus. He's the one who's called her to sound the trumpets of freedom and authenticity!
Her life is witness to the truth that God welcomes broken people, loves them right there, and then walks with them on a life-long journey of healing and wholeness. God's gifted Tami with the ability to come alongside others on that same journey in challenging and affirming ways.

Julie has lived in the community of Santee for 18 years with her husband Todd. They have 2 grown children and one in high school. An ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church, she is joyfully serving Jesus Christ as Pastor of Children's Ministries. Her evangelistic ministry has also touched the lives of children in the public elementary schools of Poway and Santee for more than a decade. Among other adventures, Julie loves to travel, camp and spend time with her her Savior, her family and her doggies.
Her vision for children is to help them grow into their full potential in Jesus Christ...

Senior Ministries Pastor(619) 448-1622
As Cliff was finishing up a thirty year career in the Postal Service, back in 2002, a calling to serve the church came upon his heart, so he started taking the required ministerial classes required to become a minister in the Wesleyan Church. He has led a Sunday night and then a Saturday night worship service in recent years, and last year began pastoring the Perennials Ministry. Next July he will be, according to the grace of God, a fully Commissioned Minister at New Heights! He has attended this church, with his wife, Teresa, his daughters Chelsea and Bethany, and son Bryce for thirteen years now, always involved with the worship ministry and men's groups.
East County Christian Preschool Director

Lauri has been going to this church over quite the span of years. She has been in the preschool field for 15 years. She has a degree in Child Development. She just absolutely loves what she does and cannot imagine anything different. Teaching the kids about God's love is the most important thing to Lauri.
She has three daughters and 3 lovely grandchildren, all of whom attend ECCP.
